In all our lines of production our performance is there; from the start of the development onwards – whether in chocolate moulds or trays and blisters or in plastic parts and components for the non-food sector. CAD/CAM paired with latest rapid-prototyping technology will ensure shortest cycles, highest precision and most cost-efficient tool making.

Developments of models for chocolate moulds

Already in creating the first designs for your new chocolate product our creative designer pay special attention to demouldability and performance of your product in chocolate production later on. Finally, all the characteristics of your designs want to be preserved. Also for that reason, even today, some models are still being sculpted by hand and in a traditional procedure, especially when it comes to customers who pay special attention to natural appearance and visible craftsmanship of their products. However, most sculpting is done using CAD/CAM technology.

Development of blisters and trays

After all requirements have been clarified you, you would usually receive a 3D drawing from us, drawn up on our our modern CAD systems. In particularly urgent cases the data is used directly for the building up of 'Rapid Prototyping' STL (stereo lithography) models. It goes without saying that a built up conventional sample can be obtained just as quickly. However difficult the forming challenge, we will be your partner. Through direct incorporation of our Model Creation and Tool-Making Department to our Production, we can turn your demands into reality – efficiently and quickly.

Model Creation for plastic parts – non-food

Also in our non-food sector we and our latest CAD systems are available for the development and construction of your blow-moulding, injection-moulding and thermoforming parts and components. Model making and prototyping will be carried out for you as well.
