We shape up your chocolate!

Your chocolate gets into shape using moulds from Kaupert in Erndtebrück. The wide range of products contains moulds for all contemporary solid and center-filled moulding plants and hollow spinning lines.

• CARBONIT-moulds and double moulds: made from injection-moulded high-grade polycarbonate for the manufacture of solid and center-filled chocolate products as well as hollows novelty figures. They are being manufactured using the latest technologies in plastic injection-moulding and gentle resource management.
• DUR-FOLIT-plastic moulds: thermoformed moulds made from polycarbonate and other specialised plastic materials for the manufacture of chocolate hollow figures and shells. They are being manufactured on state-of-the-art thermoforming lines resulting in cost-optimised manufacture of moulds for highest expectations.

Our moulds are made for any kind of production lines: solid and center-filling, as well as for hollow spinning lines. We even hold a range of standard moulds. Only the highest grades of FDA-approved materials are being used. They will provide highest resistance against dynamic loads and chemicals during washing. Stability under heat influence of up to 135°C, optimal demouldability, brilliant and glossy surface finish and long trouble-free surface are additional features.
