De-Nesters for blisters and trays are being manufactured in our Marburg Operation.

Kaupert's one-source de-nesting equipment will ensure a trouble-free production with all our components on your manufacturing lines. Kaupert Denesters are marketed under the name of HES for 2 separate production flows: The HESIII will take off a blister strictly mechanically and will place it onto a transport belt. The HES II, however, will work with suction tools. This enables the HESII to actively place the blister onto or into a tool mould, a chain or a box.

All our automats are engineered according to your requirements and will respect any special feature of your manufacturing process or product.

The sophisticated construction will not only be adapted to your production but will also be supplied ready-for-operation and will electronic controls. De-nesting automats provide a wide adjustable range enabling you to use a variety of formats. Additionally, they provide an exact guidance for the blisters to the point of placement. The de-nesters can be provided with a single or an automatic multiple magazine. Benefit from a fully automatic and extremely precise handling of your trays and blisters with Kaupert De-Nesters - at up to 60 strokes a minute. And all of this at virtually no maintenance effort!

Our production facilities feature a large number of different thermoforming machines using vacuum and pressurised air. Your advantage: depending on the size of your order, we are free to individually choose the most cost-efficient machine alternative. Rigorous final checks led by qualified staff will ensure that your products will be according to your specs.
