De-Nester HES II

De-Nester HES II works with suction tools and is capable of actively picking and placing blisters and trays onto a form tool, a chain or a box.

  • HES II is also suitable for high-volume serial productions, placing a multitude of trays per stroke.
  • Thanks to the adjustable range nearly any format size can be run

De-Nester HES III

De-Nester HES III will pick a blister/tray purely mechanically; however, it is not capable of actively placing it.

  • Separation of 1 blister / tray per stroke.
  • Assurance of a sufficient number of trays, even at high frequency of machine strokes.

De-Nester HES III-M

The Kaupert Automatic De-Nester HES III and HES III-M separates 1 tray per production stroke. An optional multiple magazine shaft will safeguard a sufficient supply of trays, even at higher production speeds.
